Elliot Fletcher Limited are Independent Financial Advisors based in the Albert Dock, Liverpool. We specialise in Pension Wealth Management by providing first-class financial planning and services to our clients.

What does it mean to you to be a female leader?

I have been in the industry for over 30 years and I always endeavour to lead by example. It has not always been plain sailing, but I’ve tackled every hurdle thrown at me. I’ve worked day and night, travelling around the country to make my business a success and I am proud of what I have achieved; I refuse to fail!
I believe that my success is due to not just being good at my job and knowing the industry inside out, but by building professional relationships that are real and by finding the right balance between being down-to-earth whilst also remaining professional.I strive to create business relationships that are based on mutual trust, mutual support, mutual respect and mutual integrity. I want both my clients and staff to enjoy working with me whatever the situation.
I see my staff’s development as key to my company’s success and I’m always happy to offer training, support and guidance to allow them every opportunity to succeed and fulfil their potential.

What’s your favourite thing about going to work each day?

Listening to and understanding people’s dreams, then helping them to achieve them.

Your best piece of advice for women in independent business?

Dream it, Believe it, Achieve it.
